We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Replenishment Associate.
As a Replenishment Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the availability and organization of merchandise in our retail store.
This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Replenish merchandise on the sales floor to maintain optimal stock levels - Receive and unload incoming shipments of merchandise - Inspect and verify the accuracy of received products - Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas - Utilize RF scanner to track inventory movement and update stock levels - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks - Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service - Perform regular inventory counts to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency (Multilingual) is preferred - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of retail math principles for accurate inventory management - Experience operating a forklift is a plus - Previous experience in inventory control or replenishment is preferred We offer competitive pay, opportunities for advancement, and a supportive work environment.
