- Greet customers and provide friendly and efficient service - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register - Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments - Maintain accurate cash drawer balances - Answer customer inquiries and provide product information - Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities - Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and well-stocked - Assist with inventory management by restocking merchandise as needed - Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service - Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Ability to effectively upsell products and services to customers - Excellent phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries or resolving issues - Sales experience is preferred, particularly in electronics sales - Proficient in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions - Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and calculating change - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience Note:
