Essential Functions:
Monthly Account Reconciliations, including bank and credit cards Accounts Receivable, Deposits and Collections Accounts Payable Review General Ledger Prepare and post general journal entries.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience.
Fundamental knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite of products.
Proficiency with accounting software.
Ability to multi-task efficiently and effectively.
Strong communication, client service, and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Personable, respectful, and dedicated.
