Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel - Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents - Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary - Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings - Assist with data entry and record keeping - Provide administrative support to the General Manager and Board - Cash Handling -Bill Paying via QuickBooks
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and phone systems - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Previous experience in an office setting is preferred but not required This is a part-time 15 hrs position that will transition to 26-30 hours in January of 2024.
Our Office Hours are:
Tuesday thru Friday 10am - 4pm Saturday 10am -12 noon Closed Sunday and Monday We offer competitive compensation and a positive work environment.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
