daily job duties include:
accurately detailing customer requests for service Generating work orders Building strong relationships with the service team, sales team and customers Scheduling service Parts inventory and ordering customer invoicing administrative reporting and filing supporting the General manager Must be friendly, a great communicator, hyper organized and enjoy working in the marine space.
must be physically able to climb on and off boats The successful candidate will be able to:
Provide world class customer service Schedule service appointments Work with Technicians to provide a timely and accurate diagnosis back to the customer.
Provide complete and accurate written cost estimates for labor and parts.
Educate customers on the full scope of services offered.
Clearly understand customer's service request by asking questions to fully understand and clearly document the request.
Establish and communicate a time frame for completion of work.
Keep customers informed of work progress and maintain continual follow-up.
